Dr. Jeremy Dockstader grew up in St. George, Utah. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Utah before attending dental school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In 2001, he married his wife, Holly, and together they have raised four daughters and one son.
After completing dental school, Dr. Jeremy and his family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they lived for nearly 14 years. When an exciting opportunity arose in Idaho, they decided to make the move, and they have enjoyed calling Idaho home ever since.
Dr. Jeremy loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and appreciating the beauty of Idaho. He values time with his family, enjoys serving in his church, and looks forward to meeting new people.
Professionally, Dr. Jeremy excels at learning new systems quickly, identifying efficient solutions, and supporting his team with positivity and dedication. He approaches every patient with a commitment to quality care, clear communication, and a strong work ethic—and he always enjoys sharing a good laugh along the way.
